  • No. We layer our software on top of your existing business line. Customers still call the number they know.
    The only difference is that when you don't answer, our system wakes up and handles the customer for you.

  • Yes. We configure the call routing so that whether you use a cell phone, a landline, or a VoIP system (like RingCentral), the missed-call text still fires correctly to the customer's mobile phone.

  • Zero technical skills required. We do the entire installation for you. Once it's live, you just download a simple mobile app.
    If you can send a text message, you can use this system.

  • We can usually have your system live and catching leads within 48 hours of your order.

  • No. Unlike marketing agencies that lock you into 6-month retainers, we charge a one-time setup fee to build and install the system. You own the asset.

  • After the first 30 days, there is a small hosting fee (approx. $197/mo) to keep the dedicated SMS lines active and the automation server running.
    This is strictly "keep the lights on" pricing, not a management fee. You can cancel this at any time.

  • You are free to cancel the hosting at any time. The automation will simply stop firing, and your phone will go back to functioning exactly how it did before (going straight to your voicemail).

  • 10 seconds after you miss a call, they receive a friendly, natural-sounding text: "Hi, this is [Your Business Name]. I'm currently tied up on a job site—how can I help you?"

  • Yes. During onboarding, we will customize the script to sound exactly like you.

  • The system works perfectly even if you are on another call. If the new caller goes to voicemail or hangs up, the text fires instantly.
    This is how you stop losing leads during your busy season.

  • Yes. We handle the carrier registration and compliance verification for you as part of the setup fee, ensuring your messages actually get delivered to your customers.
